BK offers a great commission split and cap to our agents. On top of that, we also have no monthly fees or dues!
Our revenue sharing program gives agents the opportunity to recruit for the brokerage and earn passive income for doing it! This allows you to work alongside agents you personally know and enjoy.
MENTORING PROGRAM
We also have a mentorship program for new agents! You will be paired with one of our seasoned agents and have constant support through your real estate career with us.
For seasoned agents, we offer the opportunity to join our mentor program as a mentor to earn additional income for sharing knowledge and helping new agents get on their feet in their new real estate career.
TRAINING & EDUCATION
BK Real Estate offers an AMAZING training program to our agents. Partnered with the Earth to Orbit software developed by Rob Stein, BK Real Estate is proud to offer BK University to all of our agents. This software will help give you the skills to build your real estate business.
Additionally, we have weekly group coaching, sales meetings, and mindset calls. Meetings are virtual to accommodate our agents as they are on the go.
