BK Real Estate was founded in 2023 by Brittney Kosev in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. What started as a single-agent operation built on grit and a genuine belief that real estate could be done differently has grown into one of the fastest-expanding brokerages in Texas.

In less than three years, BK now operates across San Antonio, Waco, Houston, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, Austin, and DFW. That growth is not an accident. It is the direct result of a culture that puts people first — always.
