Before BK Real Estate, Brittney Kosev was a school librarian in the DFW area. As a single mother to two kids, she started selling real estate part-time — commercial buildings, residential homes, multifamily units — while still teaching full-time. After two years doing both, she took the leap.
Today, Brittney owns 11 doors — a mix of short- and long-term rentals — is a part-owner in a mortgage company, and leads one of the fastest-growing brokerages in Texas. She built BK not because the industry needed another brokerage, but because agents and clients deserved a better one.
