The DoD SkillBridge program allows active-duty service members to gain civilian work experience through industry training during their last 180 days of service. You continue to receive your military pay and benefits while getting hands-on real estate training at BK Real Estate.

Months 1–2: Foundation
Real estate licensing prep, market fundamentals, BK systems, and your first client interactions under full mentorship supervision.
Months 3–4: Growth
Active transactions, investor strategy, creative deal structures, marketing your personal brand, and building your pipeline.
Months 5–6: Launch
Running deals independently with mentor backup. Business plan development, revenue targets, and your pathway into a full BK career.
After Separation
A clear path to join BK Real Estate full-time with an established client base, mentorship network, and pipeline already built.

Structured Training
28 weeks of self-paced coursework covering every aspect of a real estate career, built specifically for SkillBridge participants.
1-on-1 Mentorship
Assigned to a top-producing BK agent who reviews contracts, answers questions, and walks beside you through your first transactions.
Investor Training
Learn to work with and as an investor. Creative financing, deal analysis, rental portfolios, and building long-term cash flow.
Flexible Schedule
Weekly virtual trainings and 24/7 course access work around your duty schedule. Monthly in-person meetups with the full BK team.
